Jean: here I feel like Forrest Gump after being a runner for a long time, where did he stop - Arizona? Monument Valley? An endless road behind and before him (well, I am better shaved ...) and just like him I feel weak, at the beginning of this week: my legs say it's enough ... - but it never is, right?
Dear Jean, you were right: pictures as a non-verbal language can reflect running-experiences much better than words. So I appreciate you like them. And now I switch to your blog hoping to find some pictures of your cross-country-skiing event. That is something I love to do (although I am fed up with cold and snow now) - gliding throuhg a winter landscape, effortlessly, silently, without the noise of skis scratching down an icy slope like we just saw/heard it on TV (the Olympic Super-G in Whistler; no luck for the Swiss, though ... hey, the US athletes have 18 medals so far - congratulations!)
